Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with OmniTrend.

We only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have fourteen days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return.

To request a return, please email hello@omnitrend.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

Once we review and approve the request, we will either provide a replacement product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that returns are not accepted for any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
